Having been a military spouse and moving around the country every 2-3 before settling in Etown, Jerry is BY FAR the best realtor I have ever had! I’ve used him for both buying and selling and would highly recommend him for both! He takes time to understand exactly what you are looking for and is intentional with his recommendations. Particularly for busy working professionals, it is a blessing to have a realtor that won’t waste your time, has excellent communication skills, and is always responsive! Jerry is a 10/10!

Jerry was so easy to work with went above and beyond all the way through the process, he handled me with kids gloves as I have never bought a house before built a house, but had never purchased one and he was absolutely awesome highly recommend him He will do Wright value and knows everybody which was very helpful and will always be five stars in my book!!!

When I was 18 (a long time ago!), I worked for a large real estate company for a bit. While I didn’t know or fully understand the process of buying a house, I did know the agents well. And today not one of them would be able to hold a candle to Jerry Dempsey .
Jerry found my daughter her first home years ago, and she continues to share his name and her story everywhere. I trusted him before I even met him – and that alone took away much of my anxiety about buying a home. My needs? A specific area, with a specific price, and one that didn’t require major work any time soon. Whatever Jerry did behind the scenes to make that happen, he made it seamless for me. Jerry is soft spoken with a good sense of humor, incredibly honest, forthcoming and kind, and is a remarkable communicator. We call him magical – and at my closing, so did everyone else in that room. He very clearly has the respect of his peers.

Saying that my wife and I were stressed about selling our first home is an understatement. PCSing is always difficult and having to sell a home adds so much more to the mix. Jerry took a ton of that stress off our shoulders by making the process of selling our home simple for us. There was never a moment were we felt like he didn't care or that we were out of the loop on anything. We would definitely recommend you give Jerry a call if you're trying to sell!

If you’re looking for someone who is going to go the extra mile for you, Jerry and team are it. Working with Jerry as the listing agent was a breath of fresh air. He cared deeply about his clients and treated everyone involved—buyers, sellers, and me (lender)—with genuine kindness and professionalism. His compassion didn’t slow his hustle one bit; he still managed to keep the deal on track faster than an underwriter on a deadline. If every listing agent had his heart, I'd close more loans with a smile and maybe fewer gray hairs.

We started looking for a home after being pre approved. Our first home, so we really weren't sure what we were doing. Looking for a realtor and financing was super hectic until we found Jerry. He helped us find our HOME. He worked alot of extra hours around our busy work schedule, set up every house we wanted to see, helped us find houses that qualified for our type of loan, and was honest about any deficiencies he saw during the walk through. He never rushed us, always answered all of our questions, and when it came time to finalize he was there with us every step of the way. For such a stressful time Jerry made it a lot easier! My husband and I worked with Jerry on the sale of our home and on the purchase of our new home. Jerry was absolutely a pleasure to work with. He communicated very well and tries everything he can to make sure every process goes smoothly. He is also very compassionate and understanding individual. Wouldn’t want to work with anyone else! PCSing is never an easy time for families. Although we tried finding a home upon arriving to Kentucky, we ended up renting and didn’t know where to begin. Jerry has been so amazing to our family. He truly loves what he does and it shows. He was honest about every property we visited, showed us concerns and was there every step of the way. He never skirted responsibilities or left questions unanswered. He had recommendations and truly helped us thru this big step.
