Jerry Dempsey

I have lived and worked in Hardin County nearly my entire life. Having worked in retail for many years, I found that I really enjoy helping people with their purchases by giving them as much information as I can. My personal love of real estate in general makes working in the industry an easy and fun choice for me. I am blessed to be able to combine two things I enjoy into my career.

John Oliver

Hello, my name is John. I moved to Hardin County in 2006. I have worked in many professions and environments. I have always found that helping others is what brings me the most joy. I enjoy playing music and play in multiple bands and multiple instruments. I also run my own recording studio. I love sharing information and developing relationships.

Jenny Geist

A military spouse of 20 years have given me the experience of moving to many different places and
starting over and I feel this allows me to serve my clients with great experience and service. I am
originally from Kentucky and am thrilled that the military path has led me back home. When not in the
office or working with clients, I enjoy spending time with my family, bike riding, hiking and being
outside.
I got involved in real estate to help people find that perfect place. Whether working with first time home
buyers, second home purchases or selling to move on to the next great adventure, I am thrilled to be
able to assist you in this process. Utilizing my knowledge and becoming an expert in the local market
allow me to negotiate to get you the best deal. I look forward to working with you and helping you find
that perfect home.

Margaret Coursey

I’ve been a long-time resident of Hardin County and while I’ve lived all over the United States; Elizabethtown is where I love to call home. The community here has something for everyone, whether you want outdoor activities, shopping, or nightlife; we have it all here!

For over fifteen years, I was a Wedding Photographer running a small business. My time in that industry taught me so much about hard work, integrity, and the value of superior customer service. As a Real Estate Agent, I hope to put those skills to work for you and I look forward to helping you find where you love to call home.

Nikki Trupp

My name is Nikki Trupp and I have been helping people for more than 2 decades. I have worked in various points of the service industry from hospitality to medical to construction. And, finally, ending up in my long-awaited career of Real Estate Professional. I have a passion for mid-century modern homes and clean lines. But any home that gives you the happiness and warmth of being “the one” really gets me excited!

I am the mother of two teenage girls whom are active in competitive cheerleading and Scouts of America. I am also the wife to an amazing man whom I have had cheer me on in all aspects of my life. I love music, food, and anything that makes me laugh. Schitt’s Creek is my absolute favorite show and I have lost count how many times I have completed watching the entire series. Some would say it rivals with my love for all things Disney but that is just blasphemy. Donald Duck will always have my heart!

Because I have spent so much time in the service industry coupled with being very family driven, I feel I can give personalized service without sacrificing professionalism. Connecting with my clients on an emotional level is very important to me. I want to help my clients go through the process of buying or selling their home as easily and seamless as possible. I am very committed to communication so keeping my clients informed and understanding along the entire way.

I look forward to working with new people and helping find the right fit and place to call their very own. I know how scary home buying and selling can be and I hope to be the navigating light through it all so my clients can get into the home of their dreams.

Lauren Roberts

Hi, I’m Lauren! As both a licensed real estate agent and a longtime hairstylist, I’ve built my career around people—listening to their stories, understanding their needs, and helping them feel confident and cared for. Whether I’m behind the chair or showing homes, my goal is always the same: to create a comfortable, personalized experience that leads to results you’ll love.

Since moving to Kentucky a few years ago, I’ve completely fallen in love with this beautiful state and the communities that make it feel like home. It’s where I’ve built my career, made lasting friendships, and where my husband and I are raising our daughter. When I’m not working, you’ll find me enjoying time with family and friends, soaking in all the little moments that matter most.

If you’re looking for someone who’s approachable, dedicated, and truly passionate about helping people, I’d love to be your go-to guide in real estate.
